CASTLE-CON is committed to provide QHSE Training &Consulting to meetits customers’ expectations and ensure everyone working for Castle-Con.  is fully aware of their responsibility for quality and ensuring all business processes may impact upon quality are performed in a controlled manner as well as adopt best management practices in order to promote continual improvement of our business processes, for the benefit of all our stakeholders.

 To accomplish and maintain a level of quality excellence CASTLE-CON will:

  • Understand both internal and external customers’ needs and expectations by developing stout management systems to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Identify, implement and maintain systems of control for quality critical activities to ensure effective and efficient work methods.
  • Provide adequate resources to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Monitor and measure processes, services and products to ensure that both internal and external customer requirements have been achieved.
  • Ensure the development of our employees skills by providing the necessary information, instruction, training and supervision to enable them to achieve specified requirements

Statement of policy:

In order to operate powerfully, CASTLE-CON has to collect and use information about people with whom we work. These may include members of the public, current, past and prospective employees, clients and customers, and suppliers. In addition, it may be required by law to collect and use information in order to comply with the requirements of central government.
